Minervastrasse wurde nach Plänen der Architekten Curjel & Moser erbaut (nach heutiger Darstellung 1907/08; vgl. INSA Bd. 10, p. 374) - "Die Kirche wurde von 1906 bis 1908 vom berühmten Architekten Karl Moser (1860-1936) im schöpferisch weiterentwickelten neuromanischen Stil erbaut. Das war der erste öffentliche Auftrag des späteren ETH-Professors in Zürich. Karl Moser gilt als bedeutendster Schweizer Architekt seiner Epoche [und] als 'unermüdlicher Vorkämpfer humaner und fortschrittlicher Ideen'.
