XX por la editorial argentina Guillermo Kraft. Desde 1954 hasta 1957, se publicaron mensualmente los denominados libros de bolsillo Kraft, promocionados como una jerarquía en ediciones populares, como la colección Petrel, se diseñaban tapas con ilustraciones muy llamativas con una estética que, en muchos de los casos, se acercaba a las revistas pulp, al comic o los afiches de cine, y durante la década del 50 se produjo un incremento en las colecciones dedicadas al género policial. Anales de la Novela Negra. Del ilustre Thomas Runyon (1920-2009) escritor y actor ocasional, tuvo roles en varias películas de verdadera antología.
