The program presents a repertoire to be performed by the Russian Grand Opera Company during its 1922-1923 world tour. No date, circa 1922-1923. 5 1/2" x 8." Four pages. Clean copy. The tour was directed by Sol Hurok (1888-1974), a Russian American impresario. The Russian Grand Opera Company was organized by Leo Feodoroff (1870-1949), a Russian American stage and film actor and impresario. The program lists the locations the company had already performed such as various Russian provinces, Siberia, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, Japan, Manila, Java, and India and also mentions how the company will be showing in the U.S. for the first time. The operatic actors and actresses of company and operas to be performed by them are listed on one page. On the back page are headlines that praise Russian operas and the upcoming shows at the Hartman Theatre.
