Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. This is a signed, limited edition that is signed by the author on the title page and numbered #46 of 300; not personalized to anyone. The work consists of a preface and acknowledgements, five parts, an afterword and an index, 132 pages. Brown covers with gilt lettering on the front cover, covers have some light black stains which I have mostly removed. All in all, a quite nice copy of health care history in Jacksonville, from the first physician to set up shop in Cowford (as Jacksonville was first called in the 1790's) Dr. James Hall, until the coming of the Mayo Clinic.
