"Der wesentliche Unterschied zu den bisherigen Auflagen des Regelwerkes besteht in der Neufassung darin, daß jeweils gleiche Planeten nur einmal angeführt sind, sei es in der Kombination von zwei, drei oder gar mehr Faktoren." (S.12). - Alfred Witte (1878-1941) deutscher Vermessungstechniker u. Astrologe. nahm um 1911 an astrologischen Vorträgen u. Kursen von Karl Brandler-Pracht teil. Mit Hilfe von Albert Kniepf fand er Zugang zur Astrologie. Schon bald entwickelte er eine eigene u. abweichende Auffassung zur traditionellen Astrologie. Statt die Aspektlehre der antiken klassischen Astrologie anzuwenden, gestaltete er von 1913 bis 1925 die Idee von dem Planetenbild, das aus zwei Halbsummen besteht und wie eine algebraische Gleichung anzusehen ist.
