Text block edges have light soil. Previous owner's name, a part of the author's inscription, has been markered out. Dustjacket has large tears, missing pieces and creases. It has been heavily tape on the reverse side. Now has a mylar protector. A history of Clarke Township, now a part of the Municipality of Clarington in Durham Region. Illustrated with black and white photographs. Signed by the authors on the front free endpaper. Includes index.
