    This first issue is #209 of 300 copies. [20] pp. VG+ in faded yellow stapled wrappers, with modest toning. Early appearance of Alberto Rios (finalist for National Book Award in 2002); other poets include Bukowski friend Gerald Locklin, Kirk Robertson (founder and editor of Scree magazine and Duck Down Press), Michael C. Ford (Kenneth Patchen disciple and co-editor of the journal The Sunset Palms Hotel), Richard Weaver (former editor of The Black Warrior Review), Ronald Koertge, R. Douglas King, Larry Samson, Ryde Sainte-Pierre, Nancy Mairs, Kerry McDermott, Marvin Schwartz, Marvin Brook, Jimm Ingolio, Elliot Fried, and editor RVargas, who describes himself as "a young Chicano poet born and raised in the LA suburbs." The first three issues were under Tequila Press Poetry Review before changing the name to Tequila Review (1978-1980). Three decades later, Vargas launched The Más Tequila Review in 2010. Uncommon. None in commerce and only 2 found in OCLC (NYPL and Delaware).
