Four black and white plates, including frontispieces, to each volume, all by Salg. Illustrated dust jackets. Olive green cloth with black lettering to spine and orange lettering outlined in black to front. Dust jackets chipped along edges (Ghost Hunter with most pronounced chipping) with some creasing and rubbing, and Explorer with neat but amateur tape mending to verso. Boards moderately worn along edges and bindings sound. Inscriptions from previous owners to preliminaries, but otherwise pages unmarked. A fifth volume titled Jerry Hicks and the Lucky Rabbit's Foot was planned but never published. Scarce complete and with jackets. [Mattson & Davis 34200].
