Firstly, a new Reinforcement Learning-based Memetic Particle Swarm Optimization (RLMPSO) model is introduced. Then, RLMPSO is integrated with the Fuzzy Support Vector Machine (FSVM) to formulate an efficient two-stage RLMPSO-FSVM model.
