First edition. 8vo. 17, [3] pp. Publisher's printed wrappers; vertical crease. In a custom cloth clamshell box. Rare: only one copy located, Newberry Library. This duplicate was deaccessioned and sold at Park Bernet in 1966. PROVENANCE: Edward Everett Ayer (small library label on rear pastedown and box); Everett D. Graff (booklabel, presentation bookplate to the Newberry Library); Newberry Library (deaccessioned and sold, Parke Bernet, 4 May 1966). REFERENCE: Graff 3662 (this copy).
