The maroon cloth is in excellent shape, with corners sharp and color bright; the spine label with black lettering is nearly as fresh as if just issued. The original pictorial dust jacket is unclipped (16s) and shows wear: it is rubbed with a number of tiny tears and chips; however, no text is affected. This is an astonishing autobiography by a writer who realized his exceptional psychic gifts early in life and whose contacts with the Unseen became stronger with advancing years.
