Exceedingly high production values for an architectural renovation proposal -- the "book" is comparable to the fine art and architectural coffee table books put out by high end publishers of such books as Rizzoli or Abrams, as opposed to the typical renovation proposal produced i…ntra-office with a xerox machine and pedestrian office tools. The master plan here is for the much beloved Seventh Regiment Armory on Park Avenue and 67th Street in New York, though, which was the venue of choice for the best art, antique and book fairs, and now is used predominantly for theatrical productions and concerts. 4to. 33 by 24.5 cm. 343 pp. An abundance of photos documenting every nook and cranny of the space, along with vintage photos, drawn plans, etc. Other than a small white powder-y stain on the front cover, this copy is pristine.
