Exceedingly high production values for an architectural renovation proposal -- the "book" is comparable to the fine art and architectural coffee table books put out by high end publishers of such books as Rizzoli or Abrams, as opposed to the typical renovation proposal produced intra-office with a xerox machine and pedestrian office tools.
