Der Verfasser untersucht in seiner qualitativen Studie Bedingungen und Ausprägungsformen von Einstellungen zu Homosexualität und Homosexuellen bei Migrantinnen aus der ehemaligen Sowjetunion und Polen im Vergleich mit deutschen Frauen oh…ne Migrationshintergrund. Unter Berücksichtigung der Makro-Ebene (soziokulturellen Rahmung) in der jeweiligen Herkunftsgesellschaft und in der aufnehmenden Gesellschaft findet dabei sowohl die Situation Homosexueller als auch die Situation der befragten Frauen Beachtung. Dabei werden Erfahrungen auf der Meso-Ebene in der Herkunftsgesellschaft mit Erfahrungen in der aufnehmenden Gesellschaft und ihren jeweiligen Auswirkungen auf die (psychische) Mikro-Ebene in Bezug gesetzt. Befragt wurden 15 Frauen aus der ehemaligen Sowjetunion, zwà lf Frauen aus Polen und acht deutsche Frauen ohne Migrationshintergrund. Die Untersuchung wurde als qualitative Studie konzipiert und anhand von an RUBIN und RUBIN (2005) orientierten Leitfaden-Interviews im Zeitraum von Oktober 2005 bis November 2007 durchgeführt. Ihre Auswertung erfolgte in Anlehnung an die "Qualitative Inhaltsanalyse" nach MAYRING (2003). Im Ergebnis zeigte sich, dass in Abhängigkeit von Erfahrungen in der jeweiligen Herkunftsgesellschaft spezifizierbare Ausprägungsformen von Einstellungen zu Homosexuellen und Homosexualität vorliegen. Antihomosexuelle Einstellungen und negative Stereotypisierungen fallen besonders dann auf, wenn sich zugleich starke religià se Wertorientierungen finden lassen. Stereotypisierungen wiederum stehen in negativem Zusammenhang mit zunehmenden Kontaktmà glichkeiten. Die Kontaktmà glichkeiten in der aufnehmenden Gesellschaft stehen ihrerseits mit Integrationserfolgen der befragten Frauen, z. B. am Arbeitsmarkt, in erkennbarem Zusammenhang. Ein Ausbleiben von Integrationserfolgen führt dagegen zu stärkeren eigenen Diskriminierungswahrnehmungen. Wenn diese gering ausfallen und dementsprechend bessere Integrationserfahrungen vorliegen, sind negative Einstellungen zu Homosexualität und Homosexuellen unter der Voraussetzung von Kontakterfahrung und fehlender rigider religià ser Werteorientierung weniger deutlich identifizierbar. Darüber hinaus kann ein deutlicher Zusammenhang zwischen homosexuellenfreundlichen Haltungen und der Mà glichkeit, Homosexuellen mit Empathie zu begegnen, angenommen werden.
