All edges gilt. Moire endpapers. 440 p.p. Text in German. Frontispiece and illustrated title-page, plus [1] plate of the Nativity. Beautifu…l Christian prayer book for reflection and devotion. Cross at upper right corner has small crack at middle. Tiny crack to foot of center cross on front cover. Boards somewhat soiled. Wear to rear board with metal slightly lifted and slightly dented along fore-edge. Spine faded with slight denting. Pages browned. Else very good with beautiful binding.
