Kl.-4°. 20 SS. Zeitgenöss. Buntpapier-Broschur. Sehr seltene medizinische Dissertation über Vesikatorien (blasenziehende Mittel), gehalten an der seinerzeitigen niederländischen Universität Franeker. Sie war nach der Universität Leiden die zweitälteste Universität der Niederlande und bestand von 1585 bis 1811. Über den KVK nur ein Exemplar nachweisbar (Frankfurt, Universitätsbibliothek J. C. Senckenberg). Antonius Schulting (Nijmegen 1659 - 1734 Franeker) war einer der wichtigsten Vertreter der niederländischen humanistischen Rechtsschule und wurde oft bezeichnet als der niederländische Cujacius. Er studierte in Leiden Jurisprudenz. Nachdem er 1683 zum Dr. iuris promoviert war und noch mehrere Jahre sich für eine akademische Tätigkeit vorbereitet hatte, wurde er 1691 zum Professor der Rechte in Harderwijk ernannt, aber bereits 1694 nach Franeker berufen. Hier wirkte er fast 20 Jahre bis 1713; in diesem Jahre übernahm er eine Professur des Römischen Rechts in Leyden und bekleidete diese bis an seinen am 12. März 1734 erfolgten Tod.- Papier nur gering fleckig. Unterrand etw. wurmstichig (tlw. hinterlegt).
