It was once Toluca Village and is now perhaps Toluca Terrace, or Toluca Woods, but it is not, nor has it ever been, Toluca Lake. Although these little dreary ranches are selling for millions, which at one time might have bought you most of Toluca Lake; even though according to the Schultz map TV is separated from TL only by Bing Crosby's place; it is not Toluca Lake. Catalog for this Valley housing development showing nine "moderately priced" built houses, and designed houses suitable for building on TV's vacant tracts. Sedgley's designs include one-story colonials, French provincial, streamline, etc. With views of "rumpus rooms," Grandma at work in the kitchen, floor plans, etc. Most of the houses pictured are extant. First edition. 23 pp.; illustrated from photographs, plans, and drawings. A very good copy in wrappers.
