Once likely mounted in an album, there is some soiling with offsetting to the edges of the document from the glue with adhered to the verso. Good. The British barrister and politician John Scott, 1st Earl of Eldon (1751-1838) served as Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain between 1801 and 1806.
