Obviously much on WWI which comprises most of volume II, other campaigns including Boer war and WWII also included 420pp.,& 731pp., many ills., maps, notes etc. Both volumes large format, card covers with slight wear to corner of spine top on Volume II. Volume II belonged to S.B.Whitmore who has his embossed stamp to corner of page 1 and he has added some useful marginal comments also some lightly affixed sketch maps and text has been attached to margins in a few places. Excellent 2 volume history. Very heavy, extra postage, outside mainland Britain. 0.0.

Original wraps. Condition: Good. First Edition. 28p octavo, Gray printed covers are chipped, the front wrapper is separated otherwise a good copy in wraps. Inscribed by Col E M Seabrook to Rev. Gaylen. Seabrook was from Bulls Island and commanded the confederate defense of Hilton Head until its capture. This pamphlet deals with African Americans becoming priests in the episcopal church.
