Bound in cream cloth with gilt lettering printed on cover and spine. Text in French. Near Fine, in Very Good+ color-illustrated dust jacket, slight damp stain foot of spine panel, age-toning to flaps, faint bubbling to laminate. Scarce work on the cuisine of Algeria. Dust jacket is now housed in a clear, removable archival protector.
