Original printed wrappers, bound in full red cloth, gilt titles on spine, marbled endpapers. 245 pages, with two large fold out schedules, the rear one slightly torn at bottom. Printed on incredibly inexpensive paper which has survived remarkably well. This RARE book studies the bullfighters Espartero and Guerrita, of great fame at the end of the 19th century and into the 20th century. From the library of the noted collector, James J. Nieto, with his bookplate on the front pastdown. In Spanish. We could locate only one other copy for sale.
