Some of the gilding has been rubbed off of the bottom pages from it sitting on a shelf. All of the family registry pages in the front are blank. There is a small section in the back that is starting to show netting. The binding is tight and the pages clean and bright. It has three cloth bookmarks for the pages. This book was designed by Howard Morris and the Sermon on the Mount illuminated by Fritz Kredel.
