A work on laws in the Lands of the Bohemian Crown during the reign of Leopold I. (or, to be precise, on the "Renewed Land Constitution" and its amendments), written by Franciscus Ferdinandus de Serponte. The book features two copper engravings by Bartholomäus Kilian Sr. (1630-1696, a disciple of Merian), made after templates by Johann Bartholomäus Kloss (d. 1679): the one on the frontispiece depicts the Emperor Leopold I, surrounded with allegorical figures, coats of arms etc.; the second one is a portrait of the author. Pages are also decorated with many headpieces, tailpieces and initials. On the front endpaper, there is a bookplate (with a coat of arms) of the Count Ignaz Dominik Chorinski von Ledske (or Chorynsky of Ledska, 1729-1792), a well-known book and art collector. The full subtitle reads as follows: "Wie auch St. Wentzls-Vertrag, mit angeheffter Bergwergs-Vergleichung, Dann Königl. Novellen, vnd Novellas Novellarum oder Declaratorien, Nicht weniger Königliche Appellations- vnd der Königl. Städten Instruction, sambt Böhmischen Stadt-Rechten, Nebenst Anführung, so wohl Geist- als Allgemeinen Kayserl.
