First edition. 72pp comprising title-page, illustrated introduction, and 33 full-page colour illustrations with captions & black-and-white illustrations on pages opposite. Colour-illustrated card wrappers with a few minor indentations. Front wrapper also with two creases - one lengthy but very light & hardly-visible, the other short & light - across lower outer corner, the tip of the same corner slightly bumped and slightly affecting first leaf of contents; and rear wrapper with short & light crease across lower outer corner, no effect on contents. The whole otherwise clean and tight. GOOD copy.

The advertising material reflects the changing fashions and tastes of the period, and it is a nostalgic look at the advertising art of a bygone era.
