Hardcover. Condition: Fine. No Jacket. 1st Edition. The contributors to this collection include Harry Kalven, Jr., Robert B. Cairns, Louis Henkin, Louis B. Schwartz, Richard B. Dyson and Charles M. Stern among others. Constitutional law and various specific cases are discussed at length and in great detail in this gathering of articles dealing with the subject of obscenity. Despite the passage of time since this book was published (1970), the topic still has the ability to raise hackles and blood pressure. I recommend reading it with a large caffeine infusion. Condition: this crisp, bright copy is in fine condition. Illustrations: alas, there are none. Pages: 333.
