Original publisher's cream illustrated boards lettered black and red on upper cover. F. Morrall Maddox was an architect based in Staffordshire. Sir Edwin Lutyen's contribution is taken from the foreword of Basil Oliver's 'The Modern Public House'. Ink marks to the margin of one page of the text and to the front pastedown endpaper, covers a little used, otherwise very good. Light wear otherwise very good.
