Paperback. Condition: Very Good. [2], 35-108 p.; 19 cm. Black cloth spine with black card cover; white cover title. "A reprint from Ethical Addresses, Vol. XI, pp. 35-108." -- title page. Walter L. Sheldon (1858-1907) was one of the organizers of the St. Louis Ethical Society. The publisher, S. Burns Weston, was the founder of the Society for Ethical Culture in Philadelphia, also known as the Ethical Society. In Very Good Condition: small stain on back cover; 1-cm. closed tear from fore-edges of first (blank) leaf and title page; small stain on pp. 62-63; several page corners creased; occasional minor soiling; solid.
