Shida Kuo is Taiwanese-born sculptor who has been based in New York since graduating from New York University in 1992. Utterly simple in shape and colour, his sculptures are organic in form, yet they resemble ancient tools just excavated out of ruins. This catalogue includes an artist's statement and biography in both Chinese and English.
