Soft cover. Condition: Near Fine. 1st Edition. INSCRIBED by Lori Shine on the colophon, one of 200 numbered copies of this single poem. Illustrated by Kathranne Knight and designed, typeset, and handbound by Betsy Wheeler "for the first season of Pilot Books." Shine has inscribed this copy to Dara Wier and James Tate, "with love and gratitude for your friendship and your poems." A nice literary association among poets.OCLC shows only two institutional holdings: Yale and University of Rhode Island. No others in commerce. SCARCE. PHYSICAL DETAILS: Oblong Octavo (8 3/8 x 3 3/4 inches; 213 x 98 mm), unpaginated, one leaf folded to create 15 panels accordion style, string-bound at top so that the chapbook opens vertically.
