Tall 8vo., contemporary calf boards which have been recently rebacked with a new spine in tan calf with gilt stamping to the spine, new e/papers, (vi), 437pp. Rebacked with a new spine as noted above, boards have some staining and wear, a very good but not particularly attractive copy. The author travelled in the United States and Canada between April and November 1833.
