No Binding. Condition: Good. 1st Edition. Offered is an original two-page (printed front and back) promotional flyer for the documentary film "Music Is Born" directed by Koichi Saito - as stated, "A Valiants Productions Film, World Sales By Shochiku Films of America, Inc." A glossy flyer measuring 9" by 12" and printed to the front and rear. With the text in English, the flyer is not dated, although circa 1980s (curiously, I could find nothing on the world-wide web regarding this film). [with Tokyo address] - Printed in Japan." The rear cover contains four small photos from the film; a portrait photo and bio of each of the five children featured in the film (Keiko Tanimura, Yukiko Nishimura, Kumi Ohtake, Yasuyuki Kasori, and Toshiyuki Torii); Staff list; and synopsis of the documentary, reading in short part: "What is the motive of these five children to create this fantastic original music? Could all of this, their pure and afluent sensitivity, be shown visually on film? With this basic idea, this epoch-making music film was produced." Periodic edge and corner wear.
