Fronstispiece has a black and white photo of same with a credit given to "O.C. Bereford" for the photo. Title page that it is "With Portraits" but doesn…'t state by whom. Looks like a First Ed. Not stated. Book is in Very good + condition with no DJ. It has a dark green cloth hardbound boards with gilt lettering to the front and the spine. Has slight fading, minor edge and spine wear. Interior front papers have a former owner book plate, and a small price of $12.50 to top right in ink. Noted one small tear to top of second end paper. Papers of this book are deckle cut. It has an Introduction to front, then a note from the author, a complete table of contents and a listing of the Portraits inside book. The Interior of this copy is very clean and book is still tightly bound. Unknown (illustrator).
