Paperback. Condition: Very good. First Edition. Quarto volume in black and white pictorial paper wraps; 73p; illustrations; 25 cm. Winter 1965/66 issue. Appears to be a preliminary printing with editorial notes. Kapa ran from 1963-1972. Very good; spine chipped at head; edges gently rubbed; occasional pencil marks; clean and tight otherwise.
