First edition, limited to 1,000 copies, this being one of 740 examples for distribution in the UK. 8vo. x, 109pp. Paper-covered boards with a printed paper spine label. Errata slip tipped to the base of the contents leaf, as required. The boards a little dusty, with some darkening to the backstrip. Some rubbing and quite gentle bruising to the spine ends and corner tips. A tiny sliver of loss to the fore edge of a single text leaf, impacting no text, and a little bruising to the upper corner of most leaves. Half-title lightly toned and spotted. Neat bookplate of British auctioneer and book historian Anthony Hobson to the head of the front pastedown. A good copy, really quite crisp internally. No dust wrapper. Seventy-two poems, mostly with a Great War theme. The author's first collection of Great War verse. Keynes A15.
