A limited edition of 1100 copies. Signed on the limitation page by Richard Ellis, who planned the edition. Beneath his signature there is a long note in his hand (8 lines) about the printing of this book. Please email for a photo (his handwriting is hard to read). The book measures 7 x 10.5 inches.
