Pages remain bright and clear with minimal tanning and foxing. More pronounced to endpapers, pastedowns and text block edges. Thumb-marking present throughout with staining to some pages. Noticeable cracking to gutters and hinges. Binding is weakened, however text block remains secure. Pen inscription to front free endpaper. Boards have heavy edge-wear with bumping to corners, crushing to spine ends and rub wear all over. Water and ink staining to boards.

Moderate bumping to corners and crushing to spine ends. Book has noticeable forward lean. Boards are slightly bowed and tanned.
