First Edition Thus. xvi + (iv) + 18 + (iv) + 19 + (v) + 11 pages, LIMITED EDITION OF 50 COPIES (THIS UNNUMBERED), INSCRIBED "REVIEW COPY" IN INK ON THE LIMITATION PAGE, faint pencil inscription on the front cover stating "2/8/12. Reviewed" and initialled, small label on the spine, covers repaired with archival tape by a previous owner,a couple of previous tape repairs to small tears in the covers, front and rear covers stained, also affecting the two preceding / following leaves to a lesser extent, front cover creased, a few marginal marks and a marginal note in pencil, otherwise internally very clean and sound. Collated and complete. Extremely scarce. James Gabler describes it as "Rare" in "Wine into Words", 1985. Size: 22.5 x 17.5 Cm.
