In his Catalogue Raisonne 'Quality and Experiment the Prints of John Piper', by Orde Levinson, Piper recalls how, encouraged by Oliver Simon of the Curwen Press, he reproduced by stencil onto glass paper a Miro painting (which Miro had himself also originally painted onto glass paper).
