The first volume (Hampshire I) appeared in 1900 and new volumes continue to be published, now much improved and updated, but remaining comprehensive, factual, reliable and unbiased reference works, based on original research. Volume XV is the third part of the Bampton Hundred, with histories of the eight parishes: Alvescot, Asthall, Black Bourton, Carterton, Clanfield, Kencot, Minster Lovell and Brize Norton. Index.
