Mors fragiles, coiffe de tête exposée, petites taches sur les plats, coins frottés. Bel exemplaire aux armes de Nicolas Lambert (OHR, 1772)seigneur de Thorigny et de Vermont, reçu conseiller au Parlement de Paris en 1687, en la deuxième Chambre des requêtes du Palais, président en la même Chambre en 1697; il est élu prévôt des Marchands de la ville de Paris le 27 avril 1725. Full red morocco binding, spine in five compartments with gilt title, boards with armorial stamps, pastedowns of multicoloured paste-paper in cloud style, decorative gilt board-edges, gilt roll on leading edges, all edges gilt. Joints fragile, head worn, small stains on boards, corners rubbed. Handsome armorial copy of Nicolas Lambert (OHR, 1772) lord of Thorigny and Vermont, appointed counsellor to the Parliament of Paris in 1687, in the second Chamber of requests of the Palace, president of the same Chamber in 1697; he was elected provost of Merchants of the city of Paris on 27 April 1725.
