Hardcover. Condition: Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Near Fine. 1st Edition. Red paper(?)binding. (5.25 x 8") The boards are square and there is just a mere hint of wear at spine head & tail. Spine has a bit of a forward lean. All edges are extremely clean and free of any foxing. Internals are the same. Jacket IS clipped; however the UK retail price remains. There is one sole tear at the upper front jacket flap(small & unobtrusive). The jacket spine does have some darkening and the head & tail have the minor crimping which presumably affected this book's spine. All said & done this is a stellar copy and from my research (readers/collectors & bibliophiles of all sorts please correct me if I'm wrong)is at least Uncommon if not downright Scarce. NB: Offers considered on this and all of my books. Inv.# 63920 ICSN/ICSAN 3/2025 238 pp.
