A superbly written description of the Australians' cricket tour of North America. The tour comprised 51 matches, from 17 June to 28 August 1932. Bradman (who met Babe Ruth during the tour, hence the book's title) was the undoubted star, scoring 3,777 runs at 102.1 though Fleetwood-Smith captured 238 wickets, Mailey 203 and McCabe 189. A few light marks to cover.

Includes a laid in handwritten and signed note from Kennard presenting this book and with a laid in copy of a vintage review. Despite the flaws a nice copy with an interesting provenance.
