Folio sheet folded to size 15" x 18", printed in columns with name of Voter, Nature of Qualification, Street, Lane or other Place where property situated. Numbered in ink in margin, signed by Sithney Overseers at bottom, a few names added in ink. Folds. Dated in ink on verso. Printed sheet, signed by the four Overseers, size 14" x 18", listing 139 voters, in columns with Nature of Qualification, Place in the Parish. Folded in half vertically, traces of other folds, pin-holes at corners (these lists were usually nailed to the church door). Someone has numbered each entry in ink at the left of each name, from 229 - 368.
