Hardcover. Condition: Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Near Fine. Biography. This book is in fine condition. There are no tears or stains. The Jacket is in near fine condition. It is not torn but has corner knocks wear on the top edges. Constance Sitwell was born in Ceylon and moved to England when she was 10. When she was 15 in 1912, she visited India for three months. She traveled back to India again in 3 months to be married and finally returned to England in 1914. She writes of her travels and life in India. Proceeds from the sale of this book benefit environmental restoration and education.
