The vinyl of "Call Me Lonesome" is very-good-plus (no scratches, just a bit "cloudy"), while the other two discs show near-mint vinyl in very-good-plus cardboard jackets with small Previous Owner labels to corners. Slim offers "Vaya Con Dios," "For All We Know," "Cool Water," "Stairway to Heaven" (by Herman Church, probably not the tune you're thinking of), and, who could ever forget, Vesphew Benton "Vep" Ellis' (1917-1988) "Riding the Range for Jesus."
