Book tips were built up under the beige covers when rebound, boards show a few light soil marks, a few light indentations at fore edges of covers, spine ends straight, board tips are sharp. 150pp text has new beige linen endpapers and white paper 2nd endpaper. An occasional small finger print or soil mark does not obscure any of the story. Includes a black and white frontispiece and four other full page b/w plates.
