A poem by editor (Kelley) has been glued to front endpaper, and a photocopy of a newspaper clipping about the book is included. Page 2 of book has an errata sheet glued to it. Inside covers and endpapers have some foxing. Side edge of pages has slight foxing. Several upper page corners have been slightly bent.; 9.40 X 6.30 X 0.80 inches; 186 pages.
