Therefore, this study presents the observations of power quality problems and mitigation methods at Debre Berhan Blanket Factory (DBBF) in Debre Berhan, Ethiopia. In the factory they use power factor correction and periodical maintenance to mitigate the power quality problems. The two major reasons are the current status of the company and cost which is needed to make the necessary power quality studies.
