Tall, uniform quartos, "with three hundred and twenty plates from drawings by the author". And finally, a nice piece of laid-in ephemera accompanies this copy, a charming 1 pg. March 1946 typed letter from the Liberty Book Shop of New York informing a potential customer that the shop "has an opportunity to buy the Early American Wrought Iron Set of 3 Vols. by Sonn which you are interested in.
