O pH do composto final foi 8, valor atingido devido a não completa degradação da palha (material rico em nitrogênio), a temperatura apresentou valores entre 23 a 40ºC. A umidade do composto final ficou em 55%. A técnica de compostagem como destino final dos resíduos orgânicos demonstrou ser uma alternativa viável para o reaproveitamento da matéria orgânica, produzindo um composto de boa qualidade que pode ser utilizado em diversos ramos da agricultura.

L'humidité du compost final était de 55%. Diese Arbeit zielte darauf ab, d…ie Leistung des Kompostierungsprozesses unter Verwendung von organischen Abfällen von CEASA-Serra zu bewerten, indem Biokatalysatoren des Stoffumwandlungsprozesses durch die Überwachung von physikalisch-chemischen Parametern hinzugefügt wurden: thermotolerante Coliforme, Gesamtcoliforme, organischer Gesamtkohlenstoff, Gesamtstickstoff, pH, C/N-Verhältnis, Feuchtigkeit und Temperatur. Das Experiment wurde über einen Zeitraum von 22 Tagen zwischen September und Oktober 2018 durchgeführt. Der pH-Wert des endgültigen Komposts betrug 8, ein Wert, der durch den nicht vollständigen Abbau des Strohs (stickstoffreiches Material) erreicht wurde, die Temperatur wies Werte zwischen 23 und 40ºC auf. Die Feuchtigkeit des endgültigen Komposts lag bei 55 %. Die Kompostierungstechnik als Endbestimmung für organische Abfälle erwies sich als praktikable Alternative für die Wiederverwendung von organischem Material, wobei ein qualitativ hochwertiger Kompost erzeugt wurde, der in verschiedenen Bereichen der Landwirtschaft verwendet werden kann.VDM Verlag, Dudweiler Landstraße 99, 66123 Saarbrücken 64 pp. Deutsch.
