Condition: very good. 1st Edition. 32pp. Octavo. Tan/light greenish wrappers with red lettering and black illustration on front cover. Wrappers are fairly faded and show some wear, creasing and small stains. Some professional restoration appears to have been done to spine and corners. Small spot of paper residue where the pages appear to have gotten stuck together at one point on the inside of the front wrapper and title page and page after. Some slight creasing to some of the pages with a couple small markings, stains and professional restoration around staples- else text block is clean and tight. Many B/W photographs through out. very good A scarce and interesting little book. From the fantastic drawing on the front cover (a man holding up blocks which are being grabbed at by the hands of towns in the Canadian Rocky Mountains) to the wealth of information in the pages afterwards this is a truely great piece of Alberta ephemera.
